Art & Murals
Murals can be done directly to a smooth wall or on a
piece of canvas. Artwork can be placed on cabinet doors
and furniture, as well. Client's can supply photos of
their own ideas to give Sheila some idea of what
inspires them.
Pricing varies for murals depending on the following
factors:
* Size
* Depth of detail
* Installation process (see below)
All murals start with the sketching process. Two
drawings are provided for a fee of $150. Once a drawing
is approved then the size and method and application
type will be agreed upon. Once the painting begins the
client's are kept abreast of the process via email or
mailed photographs.
Sheila has come up with a unique installation on most
sizes of canvas so it will take just 15 minutes to
remove it from the wall. Unlike her process, the most
common installation is to apply it to the wall like
wallpaper. Direct application works great for ceilings
so the client can get a detailed painting and the artist
does not have to paint directly onto a ceiling. However,
there are times when a client may wish to keep their
options open and take a painting with them should they
sell their home and with Sheila's process even renters
can have a custom painting since the wall removal is
easy and the wall repair minimal.
Color Consultations
Wouldn’t it be great to have a
‘color map” of your entire house so you can plan for
your future decorating needs with reference materials at
hand?
A Color Consultation can be for just 1 room for $75; 3
rooms for $150 and an entire home for $275. You will
receive a folder with the color chips we have chosen
together to keep as a reference.
You can take your Reference Folder shopping to pick out
new furniture, window treatments, and accessory items.
No more wondering what is the color of that wall again?
And no more running back and forth to the stores
returning items or missing a buying opportunity because
you will have all the information you need.
Faux Finishing and Plaster Wall Techniques
We provide the latest and greatest
finishes to make your home or business beautiful.
Pricing is calculated to the job details; product used,
size of room, wall/ceiling height and condition of the
surface.
Currently there are over 75+ Sample
Boards in my portfolio and 15 Sample Cabinet boards. We
have finishes for every budget level. Creative
challenges are welcome.
New Sample Boards will
include an additional charge for materials needed.
Sample boards are very time consuming with a trial and
error factor before a final is completed so the charge
is minimal and would never cover the real time that was
taken.

A proposal is provided and work
will commence with a down payment of 50% plus materials
up front. Due to the price of gas there will be a trip
charge according to the IRS regulations.
